I'm training for an early May Half Marathon--I totally skipped my long run last weekend. I was mad as hell about the cold and wind and just couldn't take it. Mentally, I felt much better by Tuesday. I am beginning to think I was getting close to over-training and just feeling mentally tired from putting up with a bitter cold February and not so great March. And it seems this training cycle has just been dragging on and on.
