You know better about refueling, it's how your muscles recover from all that hard work. Be really careful this week I'd say, fuel well and often, take it a bit easy, keep water and maybe just a granola bar in the car? I do mostly in case of horrible traffic, but occasionally I bust into it if I can tell I need to eat/drink and then force myself to immediately replace my stash when I'm home.
