I haven't had a subscription to
Runner's World in two years and I didn't realize how much I miss reading it until I picked my dad's up this evening. I always enjoy reading the professional runners and their favorite workouts. So today's question, what is your favorite workout and why?
Haven't done this in a while, but I used to really enjoy aerobics classes. Or just a good swim. (which for me, is nothing like a good swim for you ;-)
ReplyDeletei hate 'em... but at the same time love them -- tempo runs. love those endorphins afterwards.
ReplyDeleteStep aerobics at the Y. The instructor is smooth and fun, I have friends in the class, and it makes me work. Plus, it gives me an hour to not make any decisions. All I need to do is follow directions. It's a nice change from being Da Boss all day...
ReplyDeleteBootcamps are my favorite. Esp. in the outdoors. I like the challenge plus the anticipation of not knowing what is coming next!
