i just picked up the first harry potter book and started it, in addition, amazon just shipped "and the ass saw the angel" by nick cave, which, a few chapters in, is AMAZING.

Wow, awesome question. I just finished "Blood Canticle," Anne Rice's final Vampire Chronicle. And now I'm reading her latest book, "Christ the King: Out of Egypt." Next will probably be Michael Crichton's "Travels," which I've been meaning to get to for years now. I will also be picking up the new Stephen "God" King book on June 12th (meanwhile, I've been reading the comic series Marvel has been putting out based on King's Dark Tower universe).
And I really wish Dan Brown would finally publish the sequel to "The Da Vinci Code" (don't let the boring movie fool you...the book is excellent!).
I'm not exactly sure, but possibly another Italian language book.
