About a month ago I TiVOed Morgan Spurlock's Supersize Me and absolutely loved it. I love really well done documentaries (not the crap that Michael Moore calls a documentary). I immediately went to the library and checked out the first season of 30 Days and loved it.
I've decided to do my own 30 Days. Starting on Monday I will become a vegetarian for a month. This is going to be really hard for me as I love me some cheeseburgers and steaks and sausage and pretty much just meat!
So, if you could, what would be your 30 Days?

LOVE the show 30 Days. We TiVo'd all the episodes. One of my favorites is when a Christian goes to live in a Muslim community. It's awesome.
I don't know what I'd do for my 30 days... will have to think about that one...
That was a good episode.
I enjoyed the one he and his girlfriend/wife actually did where they lived on minimum wage. That one was taped here (I live in Columbus). No one ever rides the bus here so that was interesting to see how they got around and the placed that they lived in was not a good area of town.
The new season is supposed to start this summer.
I actually did travel by COTA a couple of times when I was living in Columbus, believe it or not. wow--that is a really good question, though. could it be something like trying not to complain about anything for 30 days?
I rode COTA (Central Ohio Transit Authority) once when I was in college down to the City Center Mall (which no longer exists) and there was a crazy dude on there who had an apron full of pinecones he was wearing.
No wonder my mom would never let me ride the bus as a kid!
i'm probably going to do the 30 days of no television when the baby comes.
ew, see, I was really disappointed with SuperSize Me, I felt he was trying to make a "Bowling for Columbine" but failed miserably!
I'd eat as healthy as possible and focus on core strength - things I always talk about but never seem to sustain on a regular basis.
Have a great race this weekend.
