I learned a great piece of information this week that I didn't know. While watching "Living with Ed" on HGTV, I learned that when recycling plastic bottles, lids need to be removed because the lids are usually not recyclable. When the lids are not removed, usually the bottles are thrown away instead of taking the lids off at the recycling center. So remove your lids, people!

it is very important to remember to put your infant in the overnight diapers vs. the day diapers. forgetting to do so results in major leakage and stinkage. a shame i wasn't there to video tape it!
I learned that sprints done on the road are sometimes more uphill than those done on a track.
