February was a HUGE month for me. I only missed 7 workouts. As a runner, that's like a whole week. But as a triathlete, that's like 3-4 days. I had a great month and am feeling faster, stronger, and fitter.
Swim = 16,150 meters (just over 10 miles of swimming!!!)
Bike = 180.26 miles
Run = 52.9 miles
Other = 1.5 hours
March is starting out with a rest week (hallelujah) and a race. Yes, a race!!!
