Every morning when I wake up I have a routine: look at the clock, pee, crawl back in bed, check my email, read blogs, and check the news. I usually read my blogs on
Bloglines. But I just found out this week that Bloglines is no more as of October 1st. Crap! If you read my blog via Bloglines, make sure you switch it over to another blog reader or just become a follower on the blog. Don't you worry your pretty little heads! There is still plenty to blog about even though it's time to move on from Ironman for now.
Now that I have to find another place to read my blogs, I'm looking to redo my blog roll of sites I read. I need some recommendations. Here's my criteria of the type of blogs I read:
- Well written
- Not super wordy
- Mixes pictures in posts to help tell stories
- Posts often, preferably more than once a week
- Running/triathlon or photography related
So, what should I be reading?

Well...you should read me! :-)
A couple of others I like are:
http://danglethecarrot.blogspot.com/
and
http://iwannagetphysical.blogspot.com/
Both of these guys post very frequently and have really good, fun posts.
I don't know which ones you read already, but here are some that I enjoy.

http://breeweehawaii.blogspot.com/
and
http://bjbisme.blogspot.com/
Hope you like some of these... Happy reading!
You should read mine! Ha ha. It is probably super boring, but it does have lots of pictures.
I think you would like the I heart faces photo blog. www.iheartfaces.com
They do photo challenges and stuff, several of my friends submit their photos or their edits or their own originals. They have contests that change I think every day, depending on the day of the week. Fridays are always "fix it fridays" and they want to see the best edit of a given photo.
I've read yours for quite some time (it's on my short list of internet favorites) and invite you to read mine. It's mostly about running, a bit about life. Fairly new to blogging. Probably more words and fewer pictures than you want, but I post most weekdays and am about to make my first attempt of the year at qualifying for Boston in 11 days at Twin Cities. I'm looking forward to checking out some of the links above as well.
Oh, and re my sorry little blog, I only have 2 followers so far. Someone told me to write what I want and not worry about that, but I like knowing there are readers.
