October came and went so quickly. I thought I would have done a
whole lot more training but a small injury, life, and frankly a little
burnout took hold of me. I still had good training and ran a half marathon. Here's what happened in October.
Swim - 5800 yards
Bike - 16.78 miles
Run - 88.05 miles
Strength - 1 hour
YMCA visits - 17
Cost per visit - $5.02
