Week In Review

March has come and the page has turned. I got back at it HARD this week. This week was awesome. I ran more than any week (maybe) in February. I even started lifting weights. This spring is going to be awesome.

Run - 22 miles
Other (yoga and weight lifting) - 2.75 hours
Pushups - 555
