With the start of the New Year, I have set some goals for my running in 2005. Here they are.
Ultimate Goal: 3:30 marathon
Other Goals:
- Run more races
- Improve speed and PRs
- Run Boston
- Requalify for Boston
- Do another triathlon
- Improve on triathlon time
- Consider a 1/2 Ironman
- Cross train through marathon season
I think these are all obtainable goals, and hopefully will keep me healthier this year.

Oh crap. I didn't even remember TO make resolutions this year =/ Good thing for girlfriends like you to keep me on track! Good luck w/ all your goals =) Miss you!
