2006 Resolutions/Goals

I accomplished so much last year that it's hard to follow up in 2006. With two days until the New Year I'm struggling to come up with good resolutions and goals. Sure I'd like to eat better and drop a few pounds, but I don't have anything concrete.

So blogosphere, I'm letting you chime in and then I'll create a list on what you say (and of course my input too). Keep in mind, I work two jobs and I'm married and no I'm not ready for an Ironman yet. So get creative and let me know what you think.

My favorite is usuall just this:

be more flexible

This applies to running (reminding oneself to stretch more!) and to many other aspects in life.

you and dave want KIDS!

hahahaha...oh, swiss poop, i crack myself up. gasping for air here...

i'd say set some fun time goals on some shorter distances, try a couple races you've never done before and maybe even a sport you've never tried before. um...like go rock climbing or summit a designated peak.
