Thursday Thoughts

Yep, it's Thursday and it's time for the weekly question and answer session I like to call Thursday Thoughts. I'll ask the questions; you supply the answers. Fun and interactive...exactly what this blog is all about. :)

1. Did you vote on Tuesday? How long did you wait in line? Or if you're not from the USA, when is your next election?

2. How do you know me (i.e.--thru the internet, personal friend, married to me, etc)?

3. Are you crafty? If yes, what kind of crafts/hobbies are you into?

4. What's your favorite food to eat at Thanksgiving?

5. What would be one way you would not want to die? (I know, kind of morbid, but an interesting question nonetheless).

1. Yes I voted on Tuesday and only had to wait in line about 10 minutes.

2. I am Meredith!

3. I like to consider myself crafty. I like to quilt and scrapbook and take pictures (check them out on Flickr!) and I also like to make personalized cards.

4. Deviled eggs

5. I would not want to drown or be buried alive. I wouldn't want to be put in a situation where I knew I was going to die and there was no way I could help myself.

1. Yes, I voted. There wasn't any line when I was at the polls.

2. Umm...some wedding thing, I think.

3. I think I'm kind of crafty. My current projects are mostly woodworking. I'm making a coffee table right now.

4. Everything, but probably sweet potatoes, because they're not included in many other meals.

5. I'd have to go with buried alive too.

1. Yes I voted. But I was initially denied the right to vote so it took me 10 minutes to get that sorted (probably cause I am brown).

2. I know you through my friend Dave..haha.

3. Not at all. But I can draw some amazing stick figures

4. Stove top Stuffing.

5. Same thing that you said Mer, drowing, or be buried alive. Anything that involves some sort of suffocation.

1. Nope! But I did vote via absentee ballot a few weeks ago.

2. Oh, that night on the beach...I'll never forget that.... No, seriously, Meredith is "lucky" enough to work with me.

3. I can trace pictures pretty good.

4. Meat.

5. Now that's a good question, and one I haven't really thought about. But here goes...I would not want to be tortured to death. I would not want to be eaten by an animal. I don't want to be burned to death. I do not want to be shot in the stomach, so that my digestive acids slowly dissolve my body. I don't want to be decapitated by insurgents in Iraq (who film it). I don't want to be slowly crushed to death by the counterweights on the hangar doors at the airport my dad works at.

But like I said, I never really thought about that. I'll have to think about this one some more.

No, N/A, No idea :)

2. How do you know me (i.e.--thru the internet, personal friend, married to me, etc)?
I met you thru your dad, sorta. Training for CBus, 2004.

3. Are you crafty? If yes, what kind of crafts/hobbies are you into?
I like thinking I'm creative. I like things like scrapbooking but I dont do it often

4. What's your favorite food to eat at Thanksgiving?
I never had green bean casserole before I moved here, and I LOVE it!!!

5. What would be one way you would not want to die? (I know, kind of morbid, but an interesting question nonetheless).
I used to dream about being shot, but that probably wouldn't be the worst. I guess some slow torture. Heck, I don't even like being tickled!!
