Secondly, I got my swim stroke videotaped today. In my head I feel fast and out of breathe, but in this video I look slow and quiet. I already know what's wrong with the stroke, what's your take?
By the way, yes I can flip turn. I'm just a lazy fool.

dropping the elbow upon entry with right arm-- so catch is not effective.
head position--look more toward bottom of the pool.

Happy Bday! You are all dressed up with a sports watch on! Typical runner! I love it. I'm probably not the right one to give swim instructions so I'll refrain :)
