Week in Review

There's not much to report this week.  I was recovering from my marathon last Saturday and for me that basically meant doing nothing.  Here's a small rundown of the week.

Tuesday - 2.52 mile treadmill run before Anderson's swim lessons.  My left leg felt a little wonky but otherwise feeling okay.

Thursday - 2 mile walk on the treadmill sandwiched around some weight training - 3 rounds of 21 reps of deadlifts at 50 pounds and 7 burpees.

Friday - 2.22 mile walk pushing the stroller around the neighborhood.

Saturday - Busy Babes 10K.  You can read the race report here

Run/Walk - 12.94 miles
Strength - 0.25 hours
