I'm still running

I know I don't talk about my running a whole lot anymore in this blog. Not much to say, really. Left, right, left, right, repeat. But I have been putting in some good miles. In June I totalled over 120 miles for the month and even got a couple 1000 yards of swimming. So, I may not talk about it, but I'm still running.
