Soooo...Did the long run happen today? We have finally cooled off, but the humidity was still horrid this morning.
Nope. But that's for the next two posts. :)
That's too bad. I ran 13 and could wring out my shirt (and shorts) at the end of my run. I await your posts as there are always some very "interesting" reasons when your run is not completed. :) Stay hydrated and cool!
