June Totals

Despite the broken toe and having to take a full week off plus one week easy workouts, I still think it was a pretty big month of training.

Swimming - Still a big, fat ZERO!!!

Biking - 19.25 miles.  It got hot and therefore, I did not want to ride my bike for transportation.

Running - 91.78 miles.  That's quite a bit of miles considering the toe and the time I needed to take off due to the injury.

Other - 1.25 hours of lifting and core work.
