This week has been a big week of training. I sometimes think Coach has forgotten that my next scheduled race a a half marathon. I've done two days of biking, a swim, an hour of yoga, a track workout, two other days of running, and tomorrow will be an 11 miler at some crazy fast paces. Needless to say I'm exhausted. Today I fell asleep while watching TV.
Next week doesn't let up either. Coach is calling half marathon pace 7:15. Holy crap! I also have a 90 minute bike ride and a 12 mile run.
I wonder how much harder Ironman training is going to be?
