The goal - to run every day. I've made some rules for myself, though.
- Run at least one mile, although I'd like to run a minimum of 3 miles each day. (Why change clothes if you're only going to run a mile?)
- One hill run, one speed workout, one to two long runs.
- Do not run over 50 miles in a week.
- Stop if you are developing serious pain. It's just not worth getting injured over this.
