Let's Go Streaking!

For the 12 for 2012 Challenge I've created for myself, one of my goals is to run streak for one month. Now I didn't say 30 days or 31 days; I said one month. So February it is!

The goal - to run every day. I've made some rules for myself, though.
  • Run at least one mile, although I'd like to run a minimum of 3 miles each day. (Why change clothes if you're only going to run a mile?)
  • One hill run, one speed workout, one to two long runs.
  • Do not run over 50 miles in a week.
  • Stop if you are developing serious pain. It's just not worth getting injured over this.

I hope to keep a good journal and post it up here at the end of the month. Wish me luck!
