It was a pretty strong month of training. I was really on the ball until this week when I went on a last minute vacation and didn't have a way to bike (except on a recumbent) and swim (but surfing was a great workout). I'm looking forward to the challenge of my miles and hours continuing to climb and figuring out how to live real life in the process.
Swimming = 13,900 meters
Biking = 168.61 miles
Running = 52.56 miles
Other = 2.5 hours (this was all on a bosu ball)
