After my marathon, I pretty much shut it down for the next couple of weeks. I think I only ran twice the rest of the month. To keep up my fitness, though, while giving my legs a break I got on my bike a couple of times and did some strength training. Here's how November shook out:
Swimming - 0 yards
Biking - 33.18 miles
Running - 49.7 miles
Strength - 1.5 hours
Visits to the YMCA - 12
Cost per Visit - $7.11
