Aches and Pains

This time of marathon training, with only a few weeks remaining, is when things start to hurt: shins, calves, feet, etc. So far so good for me, except I have somehow tweaked my shoulder at gymnastics which has made my swimming a bit more difficult.

Here's a picture to pinpoint where my pain is. I think you'll like this. :)


You'd think being a photographer and getting an A in Photoshop class that my skills would be a little better than that.

haha. still better than my 'skills' by far! hope your shoulder is feeling better and glad everything is keeping it in gear!
