Because I don't want to be the only fool on my blog, I'm throwing in my loving husband after one of his long bike rides. Why use salt tabs when you can lick it off your face?

LOL! You should see my body after a week of training in AZ - I've been wearing sunblock but this sun is intense. I've gotten lines from bike clothes, lines from run clothes, and lines from my swim suit. I am a patchwork of colors.
