This week got off to a great start with a solid track workout and a tough swim, but took a turn when I fell and broke my finger. But, surprisingly, even with the accident I still managed to get in all my workouts. Today's workout was a descending two hour run. Dave joined me today on his bike and carried my water and even entertained me but finding a classic rock Pandora station on his iPhone. That's probably my least favorite type of music! After a horrible zone 3 run on Friday this run was 180 degrees the other direction. I hit all my zones and had great paces. The workout was exactly the way it was supposed to be. I ended the week with 29 miles which is a pretty good week for me.
