I was rocking July. I had only missed one running workout and only a small handful of other workouts until the very last week when I got sick. Gosh darn it! I was totally on pace to break a 100 miles this month.
Swim = 8,000 meters
Bike = 70.55 miles
Run = 77.88 miles
Other = 1/2 hour of core workout
