Week in Review

I miss running something fierce!  (I'm old.  Did I even say that correctly?)

I just can't get excited about swimming as my only form of exercise.  Swimming with a buoy just doesn't do it for me.  I don't feel like I'm getting a workout.  Plus, I've been gaining weight like it's my best friends.  I have gained three pounds in the last four weeks of no running.  So yeah, ugh, I feel great about myself.

I dragged my lazy butt to the pool twice last week. 

Workout #1 - Pull ladder with :15 rest between 100-200-300-400-400-300-200-100.  Total - 2000 yards.

Workout #2 - This was a real workout I pulled from a previous time and converted it to a pull workout. 
400 with every 4th length drill
4 x 50 drill/swim by 25 (rest :15)
400-600-400 (rest :30)
200 cool down
Total - 2200 yards

And that was it.  The rest of the week was spent eating, boozing, and being lazy.  I'll try harder next week.  I swear.  I SWEAR!!!
